Much to my disbelief, Emma entered double digits today. She had a great day as a 10-year-old.... lots of presents were opened, she spent time with her Nana and Grandpa, ate lunch at her favorite Chinese restaurant, played Monopoly, had a birthday chicken dinner grilled by dad, and blew out the candles on her pumpkin pie (I was surprised when I asked Emma what flavor cake she wanted this year and she responded with "pumpkin pie").
I am so lucky to have been Emma's mom for a decade now.
